Client: Cohen Homes and Robertson Brothers
This model of a proposed mixed-use development was created from
architectural renderings. The model shows the pedestrian-scale,
relationship between the street and sidewalk, and presence of
streetscape elements such as benches, chairs, planters, and street
trees.

as a texture to a 3-dimensional geometric surface that we
created. This model shows the relationship between street, sidewalk, and
units as they are to be built.
