FAQ's No graphics display
Make sure you are using Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher. You can
check the version of your browser by going to the Help menu, and
choosing About. Also check to see that you meet the other system
requirements.
Navigation issue
If you can see the 3D graphics, but are unable to move around, try
closing the browser window and re-opening it. If that doesn't work,
please e-mail
support@citysimulation.com.
Installation issue
If you're unable to see the 3D graphics after installation, you must
close all open browser windows and then re-open this page. If that
doesn't work, please e-mail
support@citysimulation.com.
