This model was used for pre-sales and to promote the development before
building even began. Sales associates used the model to give virtual
tours of units to prospective buyers visiting the site. Moving through
the virtual model in the sales center helped clients to visualize what
the finished building would look like on the site outside of the sales
center. |

The interior was "dressed" like a model-house would be, with furniture
and fixtures installed. We specially designed cabinets, light fixtures,
appliances, and furniture to give the client a sense of feeling at home.

A close-up of the exterior, showing the high level of detail. Exterior
geometry provides a sense of depth, down to the finest detail of
the porches, arched windows, and dormer windows in the roof. Several
textures are applied to the exterior including brick, clapboard,
windows and trim - helping to make the model look more realistic. |
